Day 3 - Cardio Power Resistance (1/17)
Upon returning from the mountains, my first desire was (oddly enough) not in fact to run gleefully back to Shaun T. I put it off for a few hours but by 6pm I was itching with nervous guilt and enough pent up angst to boost my adrenaline levels to the appropriate time-to-exercise levels.
I truly remember very little about this work out. But hold tight because in this ever rotating sequence of Insanity-themed days, you are sure to hear bigger and better things about this routine.
I do recall that he seemed to be able to come up with at least 5 different types of pushups that were somehow unable to be modified with everyone's favorite go-to of knees on the floor. Seriously, how does he come up with this stuff?
