Day 7 - Off Day (1/21)

Just to further nail home the point that Shaun T's Insanity is an act of divine inspiration, we'll note that since I have made it a whole entire no-holds-barred week, I get a legitimate day off from Insanity.

To celebrate, I woke up at 6am and took it back old school to some Hip-Hop Abs. Once I get on a non-school computer where I've got You Tube access I'm going to need to post some clips comparing and contrasting the two Shaun T's I've come to know and love - one ever so bubbly, giggly, and admiring of his own physique the other so dang hardass and hyper-masculine it's hard to believe they're the same person.

Point in case: One of his most classic of classic HHA lines as he's tilting, tucking, and tightening away (Shaun's 3 T's, obviously) is "Oooohhhh, yeahhhhh, do you feel me, do you want me? OOPS? It's okay if you want me!"

Gets me every time.
